i found the room spacious, bigger than expected. the staff readily accommodated my request for a room above the ground floor. i had very clean bedding and a big bed. the bathroom was super clean too.
the gym was very outdated and tired.

my husband and i spent several nights here. on arrival, checking in was straightforward, and we got access to our room earlier. the room was fairly standard, it did have a bathroom and a super tv. the multiple bars offered various entertainment every night.
i have to say i was a little annoyed about the lack of information about the app for the parking. the staff never tell me that the app stopped working. this meant i spent a lot of time trying to figure this out myself.

the entertainment was fantastic and easily accessible. The spa and pool facilities were excellent with table tennis available for added fun. I felt secure and at ease with rooms located on lower levels ensuring privacy.
i found the accessibility and disabled parking a bit challenging as there were only two reserved spaces out front.
